Students and Parents:
Cabaret Nite 2014 is upon us! The show will take place tomorrow (Friday) at 7:00pm. As we begin the final preparations, I wanted to fill you all in on the details and see if any of you are available to help volunteer in any way. Your help and assistance is greatly appreciated!! This should be a really fun event that will raise money for our vocal music program.
-- The show starts at 7:00pm and I would like to begin setting up and preparing at 6:00pm. I ask that all students involved please arrive around 6:00pm to help with setup.
-- I will need parents to help me primarily with the admission cash box, raffle table, and tickets.
-- If anyone has any raffle item they would like to donate it would be GREATLY appreciated!!!
-- Also any parents or students who would like to bake anything or bring in any food items would also be greatly appreciated!!!
-- We will have a table for baked goods and drinks...students will serve these out on the tables around 7:00pm, just in time for the show to begin. When the show starts, there will be a first half program followed by an intermission (for people to get food/drinks and buy raffle tickets). There will be a second half program, then the raffle winners will be announced, and then we will close with a full group number.
-- I am currently in the process of finalizing the program and getting all the supplies in order
Please let me know if you have any questions: braymond@mashpee.k12.ma.us
Thank you everyone for all your help and assistance! This will be a great event!

Cabaret Night Preparations!
Mashpee High School Students and Parents:
The time of the year has come to begin preparing for this year's Cabaret Night!
In order to make this event a huge success, I will be calling upon students and parents to help me.
The show will take place at 7pm on Friday April 11th and Saturday April 12th. (Dress Rehearsal Thursday)
This years theme is: A NIGHT AT THE OSCARS!
This event will feature a night of food, drinks, music, and fun. Tickets at the door will be $10 adults and $5 for kids. All proceeds will go toward the Mashpee Vocal Music Department. There will be baked goods, drinks, food, and a raffle to go along with a variety of fantastic performances from our talented high school vocal students.
At this point -- I am looking for parents and students to help in any way possible. Here are a list of ways that you may be able to help:
- Baking Cookies/Pies/Sweets etc.
- Donating Items (either for raffle or food/drinks)
- Seeking Out Donations (for raffle)
- Assisting on the event night (cash box, raffle, logistics, etc)
Please feel free to email me (braymond@mashpee.k12.ma.us) or call if you are able to help or you have any questions! This should be a really fun event which will hopefully raise money for our vocal music program for festivals, competitions, trips, and supplies.
Thank You!

Berklee 2014 Wrapup
Congratulations to all the student performers in the Mashpee High School Jazz Band and Jazz Choir on fantastic performances at the 2014 Berklee High School Jazz Festival. It was an exciting day for all involved, and provided an opportunity to perform for a wide variety of people and judges. The judges had many positive comments as well as critique to help improve for the future.
For the jazz choir, I want to say how proud I am of all the hard work you all have put in. This was a great learning experience, and we will look to continue to improve and build on our results this year.
A special congratulations go out to Maria Costa and Jeff Demanche on receiving Judges' Choice Awards!
Great job everyone -- and finally thank you to all the parents who came out to support the ensembles!
Links to both performances can be found by clicking this link!
Stay tuned for a brand new Mashpee Music Department Youtube Channel - coming soon
